Shipping is free anywhere in India, no minimum needed. Order before 5 PM on a working day and it normally leaves the next working day. Most parcels arrive in 5–7 working days.
Orders are prepaid. We’ll send tracking as soon as the courier has your parcel.

If the wrong piece arrives—or it is damaged, defective or materially misprinted—email support.formless@gmail.com within 5 days with your order number and clear photos.
Once approved, the replacement is on us. If we cannot replace it, we’ll arrange a refund.
