Where we go
Anywhere in India. Standard shipping is free on every order—no minimum spend and no express fee waiting at checkout.
When it leaves
Order before 5 PM on a working day and it normally heads out the next working day. Later orders move to the working day after that. Sundays and bank holidays are days off.
When it lands
Most parcels arrive within 5–7 working days of your order. Remote locations, public holidays, rough weather and courier delays can add time. We would rather give you a real window than promise a date we cannot control.
Payment
Orders are prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available because every piece goes into production once the order is confirmed.
Keep an eye on it
Tracking goes to the contact details used at checkout as soon as the courier collects your parcel. If it stops moving for longer than expected, email support.formless@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
The honest bit: delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If a parcel is materially delayed or confirmed lost, tell us and we’ll investigate it with our fulfilment partner.
