Overview

Every Formless piece is made to order. That means your order goes into production the moment it's confirmed — and then it ships to you. Here's exactly what to expect.

We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery — ₹60
Flat rate on all orders below ₹2,899.

Free Shipping — ₹0
Automatically applied on all orders of ₹2,899 and above. No code needed.

How Long Will It Take?

Because your order is made specifically for you, there are two stages:

Production time — 3 to 5 business days for your item to be produced and packed by our fulfilment partner
Delivery time — 3 to 5 business days once dispatched, depending on your location

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6 to 10 business days.

You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched. Use it.

Courier Partner

All orders are shipped via Blue Dart — one of India's most reliable courier networks. Delivery is available across all serviceable India pincodes.

If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after your order is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly on the Blue Dart website or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact us and we'll look into it.

Delivery Delays

Formless is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, public holidays, weather disruptions, or any circumstances outside our control. These situations are rare — but they happen.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out to us via the contact form and we'll follow up with Blue Dart on your behalf.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Always double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately via the website contact form.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it. Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. We'll raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Resolution is subject to the courier's investigation timeline.
