This website is operated by Formless. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from this store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Read them. They're written plainly on purpose.

These terms apply to all users of the site — visitors, browsers, and customers.

Who Can Buy

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that you are located in India, as we currently ship within India only.

Products & Availability

Every Formless drop is limited. Items are made to order through our production partner and are not held in stock. Once a drop sells out, it will not be restocked — ever. That's not a marketing line. That's how we operate.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel a drop at any time without prior notice. Product images are as accurate as we can make them. Minor colour variance due to screen calibration is not a defect.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

We use value-based pricing. Our prices reflect the identity, quality, and scarcity of the product — not just the cost to produce it.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payment must be completed at checkout for your order to be confirmed. We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout.

By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters production almost immediately through our fulfilment partner. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order cancellations after checkout is completed.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately via the contact form on our website. If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Always double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout. Errors in shipping information that result in failed delivery are your responsibility.

Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. Formless is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order is dispatched, ownership and risk transfer to you. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll do our best to assist — but resolution is subject to the courier's investigation process.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns. Replacements are offered in specific circumstances — manufacturing defects, production damage, or wrong items shipped. All replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Size errors made by the customer are not eligible for free replacement. Full details are covered in our Return & Replacement Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to the Formless name, logo, wordmark, graphics, product designs, copy, and collection names — is the intellectual property of Formless and may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or redistributed without explicit written permission.

Purchasing a Formless product gives you the right to wear it. It does not give you the right to reproduce, resell, or misrepresent our brand or designs in any form.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and imagery are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time. If a product is listed a
